To keep our space peaceful, fair, and respectful for every client, please take a moment to review our studio policies:

1. 24-Hour Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee.

2. No-Show Policy

A no-show will result in a 100% service fee.

3. Booking Add-Ons

When booking online, please make sure to select all add-ons you want.

Each add-on requires additional time — and we want to prepare properly for your service.

4. Late Arrivals

If you are running late, your service time may be reduced.

We cannot extend your appointment into the next client’s time — thank you for understanding.

5. Phone Use

Please limit phone and screen time during your service.

Our studio is designed to help you decompress, unplug, and relax.

6. No Children

To protect the serene atmosphere (and for safety reasons), we kindly ask that no children accompany you to appointments. 🙏🏻
