Arrive on time.

We do not have a traditional waiting area, so arriving right around your appointment time is best. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.

Book everything you need.

Gel removal, nail art, and other add-ons require additional time and should be selected when making your reservation.

Need to cancel?

Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee. No-shows are charged 100% of the reserved service.

Come ready to unplug.

Our studio is intentionally quiet. Phones should remain on silent, and conversation should be kept to a minimum when sharing the space with other guests.

Adults-only studio.

Children and babies are not permitted in the studio for safety and to preserve the atmosphere for our guests.
